We will not refund any full or partial payment if you paid full price prior to the sale. IF you purchase an item on sale and want to refund later you will be refunded for the price you paid, not the current if any sale price. Minus initial shipping costs.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Return and Refund Policy

We pour intention, love, and natural energy into every product at Rogue Feather Apothecary, and we want you to feel aligned with every purchase. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite match your expectations—and we’re here to make it right within reason.

🌿 Terms of Return

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
For hygienic and energetic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened skincare, ritual, or wellness products.

🌙 Valid Reasons for Return

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

The item arrived damaged or defective. ( Please send photo of unopened delivery box with damage. )
You received the wrong item
There was an issue with your order that was our error

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Sensitivities or allergic reactions (please check ingredients carefully before purchasing)
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes—ALL SALE ITEMS & ITEMS WITH DISCOUNT CODES ARE FINAL!

🔥 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@roguefeatherapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos ( if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is not approved due to product condition, we will notify you and discuss options.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

(We rest on weekends and U.S. holidays.)

✨ Orders ship within 3-5 business days after they're placed. Some Items are hand made after the order is placed.
🌑 During special launches, holidays, or seasonal releases, please allow 3-5 extra business days.

Processing time = time before your order ships. It doesn’t include time in transit.

International:
